Fund Description

The Chainlink ETF (Ticker: CHNL) is a LINK-linked ETF that seeks to provide investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond generally to the performance of LINK.

LINK is a digital asset that is created and transmitted through the operations of the Chainlink Network, a decentralized oracle network designed to connect smart contracts with real-world data, APIs, and off-chain systems.

LINK and LINK futures are relatively new investments. They are subject to unique and substantial risks and maybe subject to significant price volatility. The value of an investment in the Fund could decline significantly andwithout warning, including to zero. You may lose the full value of your investment within a single day. If you arenot prepared to accept significant and unexpected changes in the value of the Fund and the possibility that youcould lose your entire investment in the Fund, you should not invest in the Fund.

The Fund does not invest in spot LINK, but rather in derivative financial instruments or other pooled investment vehicles that reference LINK.
